ITS THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!
Tony, the love of my life passed away in 2015. Since then, I have been honoring him by walking to raise funds for Cancer Care.
As many of you know Cancer Care has been a lifeline for me after losing Tony. I met so many wonderful people and together we helped each other through the pain of loss. We formed a bond and was able to use the pain to make our loved one's loss mean something. Cancer Care continues to help those with cancer and their families. It's an amazing organization doing wonderful things!
I realize that there are many worthy causes we want to help- and given how rough times are we can only do so much. I also recognize that many of you donate annually, and it does not go unnoticed or taken for granted. I am lucky you all care so much. So, I am asking again if you can consider donating to Cancer Care.
On Sunday, September 29th @ 10:00 am I will once again be walking in honor of Tony and many other loved ones that have been lost to cancer. The walk will be in Ridgewood at Veterans' Park on 131 North Maple Avenue near the Library. I hope to see many of you there.

When you support CancerCare, you make our mission possible as we provide help and hope to anyone impacted by a cancer diagnosis, including caregivers, families and the bereaved. CancerCare’s support services are free.

How Do You Raise Money?
Do you know 20 people who can donate $50? Or 40 people who can donate $20?
If 500 people donate $100, we will raise $50,000! If we double those numbers, we will raise $100,000! Some can raise more; some can raise less. It all adds up.
